When I was with Frisco’s, I got a plum assignment—I went to Hong Kong as the project manager on a huge appraisal job. I took a side trip to Malaysia, too." Cooking Tip from In Consigned to Death, Josie makes Monterey Chicken. "My mom used to say that the secret to the breading was the Parmegian cheese. It had to be freshly grated and sharply flavored. An extra secret is that I add extra—more than the recipe calls for. Ty really loves that flavor." |
