Description:

This is a lantern from what I assume is the Boston and Maine Rail Road.  The glass has the letters B &M R R molded right into to the glass. The lantern is a little dusty and has some dents in it, but the glass is intact, and all the metal parts function

Pearl's Pretty Pets Book

Description:

This is a book called Pearl's Pretty Pets.  There is no author listed.  The publisher is W.B. Conkey, Chicago 1899.  It has approximately 72 pages and the book is 7 1/2" x 10 ¼."  It has a color cover and color first page.  Printed under the title on the first page "A Charming Alphabet and a Collection of the Most Delightful Stories of All Kinds” ...."For Boys and Girls"..."With Choice Poems from the Best Juvenile Writers.”  The book lists each letter of the alphabet with a couple of paragraphs for each letter. There are a series of stories including "Jack and the Bean-Stalk," "The Three Bears," "Robbie's Sleigh Ride," "The Hatchet and the Flail," "The Princess Leona” and "Malibran and Little Pierre” as well as a few poems






Rousseau Statue

Description:

This statue says it was done by Rousseau. It's almost two feet tall. It has a little button on the side that says "Made in France" Fabrication-Francaise. It has great age - a plaque on the side says "Pat Rousseau" (sculpt).  Do you have any idea of the age or price.
